Vivid Color Functional Parts

XRIZE is the world’s first true color industrial 3D printer that prints functional parts in Vivid Colors with safe operations, non-toxic and recyclable materials. With an ability to print color, users can embed graphics, logos, instructions and QR codes in the part creating digitally augmented parts for fully traceable and trusted parts.

Post-Processing

Rize's patented process jets in a safe release agent with zero toxicity between the supports and the part. Supports can be easily peeled away and most parts require less than 2 minutes of post processing. The surfaces after removing the supports are functional and require no rework.

Multi Material Platform

XRIZE not only prints vivid color parts, but also in carbon composites and engineered polymers with functional inks for release and color. Your investment in XRIZE increases as RIZE introduces new materials into the future.

Industrial Features: High Precision & Repeatable Parts

Industrial class features set the XRIZE apart. The heated build chamber ensures parts are printed with dimensional accuracy and superior layer adhesion. Locking cover prevents worker injury and comply with regulatory safety standards. Automatic filament swap simplifies supplies management for uninterrupted printing. Digitally encoded consumable cartridges ensure that the correct print process parameters are applied to every print job.

Protect your IP with functional inks

With the ability to print QR codes, text, images and the part numbers on the part, the parts are traceable with IP control. QR codes connect the physical part with digital data allowing access to Meta Data, Work Instructions, Assembly Instructions and AR/VR solutions.

Augmented Material Deposition

Augmented Material Deposition is patented hybrid 3D printing process of industrial material extrusion and material jetting. Rize 3D printers build parts by jetting a specially formulated release agent between layers of extruded material. Support structures are quickly, easily and cleanly removed, while maintaining a superior finish on supported surfaces. Jetting also provides for voxel level application of full-color graphics, text and digital tracing information on any part surface.
